Rhode Island Red Dress Run

Join us April 27th for a unique fundraising event, the first annual Rhode Island Red Dress Run!

A red dress run is an event to draw attention to the runners who then talk about their cause with observers who inevitably ask why is everyone running in a red dress?

There will be runners from Virginia, North Carolina, and Massachusetts joining the local chapter in Rhode Island, all to support STE!

If you are able to join the fun, please do. You do not have to be a runner as there will be a walkers’ trail and a runners’ trail with a social drink stop at least each mile of the four mile route. More information and registration is on the STE Facebook page.

The start will be at WaterFire at Water Place Park in downtown Providence at 1400 (2PM for non-military types).

This is an age 21 and over event.

The minimum donation is $25. This will get you a commemorative patch, a great tour of downtown Providence, several beverages, an opportunity to share your enthusiasm for STE’s mission, and great camaraderie with STE members and supporters from around the country! Come spend a (hopefully) beautiful Saturday afternoon with the STE family
