Clay Martin (he/him) is the founder of Spectrum Theatre Ensemble and a neurodivergent, artist, advocate and collaborator in the theatre industry. Clay has over 15 years experience as a professional artist, including three years in New York City working on Broadway productions and with NYU’s TISCH graduate writing program as a guest director. Clay is a past recipient of The SDC Directing Fellowship (The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts), The Scheef Family Research Fellowship (Burkhart Center for Autism Research and Education), and a Directing Assistantship with The Berkshire Theatre Group. He holds an M.F.A. in Performance and Pedagogy from Texas Tech University where he was the founding Artistic Director of The Burktech Players, a neurodiverse theatre company comprised of artists on the autism spectrum as well as students from The TTU School of Theatre and Dance. Clay Martin was an invited participant in the Leadership U: One-on-One program, funded by The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation and administered by Theatre Communications Group. Clay has also toured with Virginia Rep and New Stage Theatre in Jackson Mississippi as part of their educational touring programs in 2016 and 2018.

Korbin Johnson (they/them) is a theater and arts management student at Roger Williams University. Their stage credits at Roger Williams University include: Claudio in Much Ado About Nothing, male choir lead in Lysistrata, and Michael in Dancing at Lughnasa, as well as stage managing and assistant directing The Little Prince. Korbin came onto Spectrum Theatre Ensemble’s team as an intern in 2021 and is now the Executive Assistant and Website Manager. They worked on the Neurodiversity Everywhere tour in 2022 as well as stage managing the first readings of Space by Harmon Dot Aut. They also helped the Boston Pops pilot their sensory friendly performance program.

Spectrum Theatre Ensemble Interim New Works Director, Jeremy J. Kamps is a playwright, screenwriter and novelist. He was a Fellow at The Public Theater (EWG) and NYC Center for Fiction. He is a Playwright-in-Residence for Esperance Theater Company and Spectrum Theater Ensemble. His work has been produced in NYC and LA and has won numerous awards and distinctions including the William Saroyan Human Rights Award, The Goldberg Award, Page 73 (finalist) and the Ruby Lloyd Apsey Award. Film work is in development with Smoke and Mirrors Productions, Leah Natasha Productions and RDS Entertainment. His debut novel, Not a Single Racist Bone, is represented by Dystal, Goderich & Bourret. He facilitates drama, writing, leadership and DEI workshops around the world as a means of social justice and community building. MFA: NYU.

Craven Poole (she/they) is a neurodivergent playwright and dramaturg based out of New York City. She graduated from Elon University with a BA in Drama and Theatre Studies in 2017, and completed a Master of Fine Arts in Playwriting from the Actor’s Studio Drama School at Pace University in 2022. Craven’s work tends toward the fantastical and fictional, using “What Is Not” to explore and expand on “What Is”. In dramaturgy she focuses on script development and production accessibility. A dramaturg is a tool to make the play what the playwright intends, and to ensure that the audience is in the best state to receive that.

Eric Pjojian (he/him) is the managing director for Spectrum Theatre Ensemble. In his spare time he works as a stage manager. His short comedy plays Granted, Charles Hedwin Saves a Dollar, Sedevacantism, and I'm here to sell you a vacuum cleaner have been performed by his friends at Uconn Page to Stage Productions.
